How Long To Wait After Having An Adivan
So here is the second poster of my poster series. More of them may follow, but given the fact that I have to generate the respective panoramas first and that this will take a lot of both time and motivation, I don't want to promise anything.
Picture Number Two was taken close to the Timpanogos Cave National Monument (which, unfortunately, was closed that time of year), on my 2009 Christmas hiking tour with Amir and Katrin (miss you, guys …):
Yes, that's right, it is also the picture that was subject of my (more or less serious) panorama tutorial . I downsampled it a little, made some corrections (probably I've overdone it, this time), and, once more, added both a caption and a copyright notice.
Here it is: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10672736/blog-content/2010/winterWonderland.by-nc-sa.q95.jpg
Dimensions and resolution are the same as in Poster Number One , namely:
- Pixel dimensions: 8858 × 5905 px²
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Printout dimensions: 75 × 50 cm² (29.5 × 19.7 in²)
Hope you like it, good night!

Time Lapse Using Sd780
Having finally created a Dropbox account and in this way being enabled to share any files without restrictions with you (well, almost without restrictions, I guess), I decided to put up some posters here (at least two of them). The pictures themselves might not be new to you, but you haven't seen them in full resolution, so far (or otherwise I would really have to worry about the security of my hard drive data).
The first picture of my little series was taken in February 2010 at Dead Horse Point State Park, Utah :
You might remember it from this earlier blog post . However, I rebuilt the panorama, corrected some errors, and added both a caption and a copyright notice. Please note that the picture above is only a preview. You will find the download link to the full-resolution version below. If—for whatever reason—the link below should not work and you want to get the poster anyway, just leave a comment here and I will get back to you.
So here it is, voilà: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10672736/blog-content/2010/deadHorsePoint.by-nc-sa.q95.jpg
Some technical details:
- Pixel dimensions: 8858 × 5905 px²
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- printout dimensions: size 75 × 50 cm ² (29.5 × 19.7 in ²)
- Download: 9.58 MB

22:17. Our boys showed again a great interaction with many
combinations. Unfortunately, our goalkeeper had to Julian Reif to repeatedly give the high
throws beaten!
against VfL Hameln 2, it was up to the mid-term (7-5) first dicey! The boys were not
focused on the task (which involved the defense). This was after the break address
something better! There was still a fast transition from attack to defense. In
attack but everything went smoothly. The final score was 16: 9!

through a 19: 13 away win in the "hell north" of the TVB VfL Hameln the standings in the WSL League has taken over the middle. The loss-free point-to date league Primus had a hard run game never had a winning chance against the determined play Münchhausen urban women. Game Crucially, Bodenwerder early due to a switch in the cover by Marla Fuhs the strongest player of the VfL got under control.
to break, it was already 7: 14, so the game was almost gone already. Bodenwerder could not afford even a weak phase in the second section, since Jennifer Hahlbrock the box with irresistible parade was clean.
Bodenwerder can now enter their own efforts the championship if it can be retrieved in the second leg against Emmerthal a similar performance.

The TVB also played from the start, quickly and could take the lead 4-1, but it was released again, and up to half-time of 13:14 there was no team to settle. After the half time had the TVB team a chess phase in which it was gronau to settle with 16:20. But even then, the TVB was reapplied fight 20:20 and the game was exciting and fighting emphasis.

Where Do Get Fake Id In Ottawa
6 / 7 November
Female Youth B:
With only 7 field players and a whole stands as a medical camp was this encounter from the beginning under a bad star. After the girls kick off the meeting simply overslept and had gone right in the first Speilabschnitt with 1:5 residue came, they managed only with difficulty to the guests of the MTV join. With difficulty it spent up to two connected distance closer to the guests. Ultimately lacked the courage, despite numerous opportunities to offset or even a win. This was at the MTV girl to an absolutely equal opponent. The TVB-goals were scored by: Jenniffer service and Laura Hecht each 3, Jacob 2 Julia, Anna Lange first
Women
against the guests of the MTV Elze a women's team defeated the TVB behind with 20:10 Gates.
Although the hosts were well in the game midway through the first half and still led 5-2, the meeting turned to the team time-out of the guest instructor. Well got the MTV and led to continuously at half-time break with 12:7 matches. After the change of TVB put the shed doors and once again was a game lost. Christine Eichmann 5, Alexandra Hein 2, Silke Notbohm, Anna and Alina Maczka Sawing: Bodenwerder met.
Female Youth D:
In the game of the 3rd against the 4th in the table there was an easy victory of the TV girl. Quick
fühte the TVB, 2-6 and closed the 1st half with 10:16. Alina floor had today with 13 goals
a particularly good day and got the goal tally in support of Nadine Thorpe (2), Eva-Jasmin
Hahlbrock (7) and Marla Fuhs (7). Malin Kretschmer, Finja Meier, Michelle Thorpe Lea and
Warnecke focused more on defense and so could the agile striker Tuspo
Bad mouths not quite get to the train. Goalkeeper Jennifer Hahlbrock offered as so often
great parades and thus secured the deserved victory for the final score 19:29
In diesem Spiel wechselten wir kräftig by, then came to the same game that everyone shares. This game was
only to learn there!
Goals: 5 Goals Jan Hummel, Lasse and Malte Ebeling Ebeling 4 goals each, Kevin Otte and Eddy Seremesic each with 3 goals,
Fred Schaper and Silas Weper 2 goals per
on playing: Tjardes Meier, Nikolas Ikonomidis, Tjorven Ebeling, Nico Klabunde
Male Youth B:
Fulltime 22:19, 12:7
half a spirited game of male B with two outstanding keepers, Daniel Blank
and Hauke Sobottka, where the TVB has shown who is master of the house. Overall, it was
a fast, funny game to match.
scorers: Jacob Bushman and Simon Homölle each with 6 goals, Knut
image (4), Hauke Sobottka (3), Magnus Baumgarten (2) and Jannik Drögemüller
(1). Furthermore, Jannis Klabunde and Bjarne sawyers in defense
a good performance has shown.
Female E-youth:
had on Sunday morning, the girls of the female youth already at 10 E-clock to HSG feel / Hess. Oldendorf compete. The entire team seemed to be not quite awake in the first half, because the pass and catch the ball, and the targeted shot on goal, nor did succeed, as the otherwise well-functioning man coverage. Nevertheless, could the players with a 6-4 lead going into the half time break.
was also in the first minutes of the second half of a passport or other not quite reach the players. But then the girls turned up at once right: the play fit, the players have seen in independent positions very well and fed well, the Torwürfe were precise in the corners and the cover became better and better! Very well played goalkeeper Chris-Marie Schulze and up to a challenge very vigorously attacked Sarah Hoelscher always in regulating the game. Thus, the game went between the HSG feel / Hess. Oldendorf and the TVB clear with a final score of the girls from 5:17 to Bodenwerder. The gates of Natural Werder threw Amelie Dahm (10), Michelle Thorpe (5), Lioba Eichmann and Patricia Gerlach (1 each).
Male Youth C:
The C-male youth looked on sunday 3rd chance against Eintracht Hildesheim Although missing several players who have yet against the Hildesheim superiority auch diese nicht den Ausschlag gegeben. nach dem 23:9 zur Halbzeit ging das Spiel 47 zu 14 verloren.
Tore warfen: Niklas Hölscher und Ron Bild 4, Jannik Drögemüller 3, Bjarne Säger und Kjell Brennecke je 1.
Achtelfinale Herren:

Fanfares Shoeschristy
exactly one year ago today, on the second of November 2009, began my stay in Utah, and thus the triggering event for the creation of this blog. Reason enough, the month-long to stop criminal neglect of the blog. In the meantime a lot has happened: Since the first of May this year, I find myself back on German soil. Here I finished writing my thesis, it (on time) given, then (not as in time) finally find my grading, and now I'm just waiting for my certificate so I can explain my study officially signed for.
The future of the blog is still open (just like the way my own future, but that's another topic). In other words, if I will continue the blog in the longer term and, if so, what form I do not know. In any case, I renamed it in the meantime before: For Me and The U Me and The Usual Life was:
Some have wondered how important The U in the original name of the blog had (and if I remember correctly, I've been to remain silent, too). The explanation is simple: With The U of U or even shorter The U the called University of Utah in Salt Lake City , so the place of my work last winter. The logo of my blog should echoing be one of the many logo forms the university, although was a copyright-related slight modification of the so distinctive U-shape, which you escape from everyday life in Salt Lake City barely, even if you wanted:
first Series: shuttle stop sign, tower of Rice-Eccles Stadium ; lamppost in the downtown area.
second Series: Sweatshirt, document folder; bowling in the building of the University Union .
third Series: Hill in the north-east of the city, space on campus, key chain that doubles as a discount card at the supermarket.
So now the everyday The Usual Life , instead of the university, The U . Although one would use in English rather "everyday life" for "daily life", but remain some way related to the old name of the blog should in my opinion just yet, if only the initial of "Usual". Over the next Weeks I'm planning under this title include the following topics (not necessarily in the order given) in a series of further blog posts put:
- have What writing tools I wrote my thesis (typesetting program, reference management, fonts, graphing, etc. .)
- what tools and tricks I have served me to write with passable English skills a work that is before the eyes of my critical proofreader in Utah and not least of which could consist of my English co-supervisor
- which are the obstacles, if tries, a snowboard from the U.S. to send to Germany
What happened then with the blog, as I said, still open. But now I wish, have fun in the following series of articles!

How Do You Stop The Lagging From Desmume
My stay in Utah is approaching its end. I should set a certain volcano in Iceland no bar by making the bill, I'm going to sit well in a week on packed suitcases. No reason, however, to do nothing more, quite the opposite. Last Sunday I visited for the first time Antelope Iceland State Park, located on an island in Great Salt Lake , literally right outside the front door.
The name of Island Park and can be traced back to the so-called Pronghorn Antelopes to German pronghorn , in the place after the end of the 19th Century, it wiped out but recently have been successfully reintroduced, along with many other species are endemic. A seven-mile causeway, you can reach the island from the mainland by car, is on site it can take some built roads, several miles to gravel roads and of course countless hiking trails .
The past Sunday was a beautiful spring day, the sun shone, it was almost summer-warm, almost no wind was blowing - and millions of mosquitoes suchten sich deutsche Touristen als Opfer.
… aber vielleicht three?
A View from Buffalo Point across the lake to the northwest.
Another View from Buffalo Point , this time to the southwest, the White Rock Bay way to Elephant Head .
The are so innocent-looking path towards the Elephant Head was pure Mart trail: myriads of mosquitoes! And to make matters worse it was also the wrong path. Two hours later, back on the right track and very close to the park entrance, they could then finally look:
Good advice ...
closer ... I would have approached but do not necessarily.
this I would have expected, least of all: a Pronghorn -frame, in addition to not fifty yards of the road!
The last walking leg of the day: The way to Dooly Knob .
And another sight White Rock Bay from Dooly Knob out for a change.
An impression of the way back, somewhere between the summit and parking.
And the grand finale was then on the return trip, just before the park exit, a whole look Pronghorn herd!
Finally, then a last look from the park over to Downtown Salt Lake City .
I was told before the tour that I'd better of Antelope Iceland not promise too much, according to my expectations were not too high - and were far exceeded! (Does anyone have the exclamation point in the article counted?)
I hope it is not then in Yellowstone National Park may be reversed (which to me says that is everyone on here). There goes the way out tomorrow. Images and reports will (eventually) follow.
One more week ...
Have a nice weekend, Utah. Nice weekend, Germany!

Hast du ihn gefunden? Sehr gut.
Du fragst, was da kommt?
Ich sags dir: kennst Du das DESY, the German Electron Synchrotron in Hamburg

you know it. Sure.
There is, as you know to solve, research the Big Bang to the all-too

such thing as just pie in the sky.
I did not at first that held concerts there.
And now comes as one in the auditorium with nearly 400 plush seats

I'm going to go and would be happy if you turn up.
seven musicians to connect.
No, not a septet. Six
violinist and a pianist.
The pianist plays from Kinderszenen I love these pieces
and six violinists also play. What
play pieces for her?
Short. Newly composed solo pieces.
six premieres so you can hear in one evening and
one or the other piece is actually played by the young composer
itself.
It should be distinctive character pieces and how they relate
said all of the Schumann's Kinderszenen, we celebrate his 250th
indeed
The evening has a theme so. As it was still the last piece
of this cycle?
Yes. Exactly: The poet speaks.
So. The poet speaks. The composer writes.
All pieces were composed for the prize for composition TONALi10
.
Who sits on the jury of this competition?
Jörn Arnecke, Ruta Paidere, Vikintas Baltakas, Reinhard Flender,
Hans-Peter Dott, Gabriel Teschner, Barbara Bultmann and Tobias Rempe

as patron. The winner is Robert Krampe, that's for sure.
His play The poet speaks was selected from numerous entries

What a Grand Prix is \u200b\u200bthis?
So, the TONALi10 GRAND PRIX is an instrumental
competition for young violinists. He is
from 26.29. August 2010 held in Hamburg and
comes a day after the just-described
evening for the final.
This will then not take place in DESY but in the big hall of the
Laeiszhalle. Of the 12 participants, the three finalists in each
a violin concerto accompanied by the ensemble will play
response and only one can win.
addition to the Jury Award (Baiba Skride and others), the audience
via SMS voting will vote on a public price. This
funded entirely from the flat entrance fee of €
only six per ticket for the beautiful and unusual
event.
Es kommt also zusammen,

I fear it will also change in my last month here, not so much: For I have finally reached the stage that I am with writing my can begin the actual thesis (one month later, as I stated originally ...). This means for me not a problem of time (from submission date her, I can write even in Germany at the end), which means but that it probably the next days and weeks will kick the bucket some time, they have been deleted in another agency. But I will definitely (eventually ...) post or my last trip photos here - and I hope that some more will be added (as my landlord said to me today, "You can write your thesis anywhere, but the national parks won 't follow you back to Germany "- in spirit at least, and with Security in better English. but anyway: she's right!).
So check back, easy opportunity to talk, my RSS feed or wait for my next Facebook comment.

Drysol How Fast Does It Work
Dear reader,
Knapper, a dialogue not to be. He also uses a slang language that is common among some young people.
The answer is "normally" at first seems meaningless and yet is not so. "Normal" means something like: it is just "perfect" the day - just go "normal" to tonality.
fidelt In the background, a well played violin in a jazz-fluffy beat.
is imperceptibly virtuoso music played here, which should point to the competition for young violinists.
If you look at the film, it follows the eye and the ear of a jerk-time scene that deliberately so sketchy Hence it is so easy and carefree.
To understand the film, must be either young, or have but a little humor, because it's all about winning over audiences who normally would rather rare for classical music.
This film was made by an artist from one who knows the world of "slang language", by Karen Koehler

How To I Play Pokemon Soul Silver On My Mac
Alright, so my tour companions said: "Just write one word: Freezing cold!". Well, actually that's two words – but it's still before seven in the morning, so you shouldn't take them too seriously.
We just got up in a pretty cold Motel room and will now be heading towards Bryce Canyon. I'm really looking forward to it! Details follow – as soon as we have the next free WiFi access.

Johnny The Homicidal Maniac Free Online Comics
The parade route was relatively short: When I saw it correctly, there were only one or two blocks involved, very near the Gateway Mall , a large shopping complex in the north of the city. Nevertheless, the parade was bigger than I had expected: More than a hundred groups took part. The weather was unfortunately
the country of origin all honor: It was pouring rain (at least for Utah ratios), and later went to the rain over to snow. The mood in the move but seemed to do little break, but somehow the green shivering figures did then sorry but (sometimes they were blue - from the cold or by the Guinness ). I myself had found a dry spot to watch from a bridge. The lighting conditions were, however, this sub-optimal, so that my pictures have more this time because documentary aesthetic character. Or on good German: now you are pretty bad.
But still: the curtains!
Gute Nacht, Utah. Dia duit ar maidin , Éire !
